      It has been more than one hour since the oder was placed, no email, but received a message from CW saying your order is processing. There isn’t any order information in the account of CW website. Weird, never like this before.

    A time has been posted for the promotion but no terms and conditions posted

    Problem is here ShopBack may not honour cash backs on purchases made whenever they pull the plug on the offer? .. I couldn’t read anything in the terms and conditions about it ending at 2PM and the [TIMEZOME is MISSING!].

    Is this misleading advertising?? If ppl do not get a refund for making transactions in their local Timezone be good to monitor on the forum.

    My Myer cashback tracked as $0. It was definitely done during the right time. Just a Brooksfield shirt, paid with credit card. Have I missed something?

      My Catch cashback is definitely inaccurate. It's closer to 13% instead of 15%.

    I ordered 2 items yesterday. Cashback tracked successfully. Today I receive an email stating that 1 product is unavailable. It gives me an option to partially cancel my order. If I take this option, will the cashback be rejected?

      It happened to me in the past. Cashback was eventually rejected after about 2 months.
      YMMV.

    Placed an order totaling $241.83 yesterday with Myer in a single transaction. Strangely it has tracked as three seperate transactions within Shopback which do not total 20%. Tracked as $12.72, $12.72 and $0.00.

    No idea whats going on.

    I may be lucky so far. My Myer order is being processed and $30 added. The Chemist Warehouse order tracked and $7.48 added. Only the ebay order not tracked as yet and will have to report it to get the $2 credit. Based on past experience 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
