  • Hi Rep, how compatible is this with the iPhone?

    • This Bluetooth headset is fully compatible with iPhone, I use it to connect to my iPhone every day to listen to music.

      • I read a review on Amazon that it has issues with connectivity. Can you kindly confirm this?

        • Yes, we have confirmed with the customer. It was only an occasional incident damaged during shipping. If you encounter any problems with the product, please feel free to contact customer service, we will give you the best solution in 12 hours.

            @jollyfit:

            damaged during shipping

An item I'm expected to carry around, get sweaty, and throw in a sports bag got damaged during shipping, in a way it was still whole, but not able to pair?

            NO THANK YOU!

If it was just faulty? That'd be fine.
            But damaged during shipping?
            No way! Too delicate.

@MasterScythe: um.. honestly i'm also using them for my personal use. I also threw in my bag and anyway in my house without a look. haha
they always work well for my daily use. But if you drop them very hard, everything will go bad. Of course this is just accidental because they are all well packed : )

            • @MasterScythe: There's been incidents of reckless delivery drivers getting into vehicle accidents, which would also fall under "damaged during shipping". So if I were you, I would never ever order anything to be delivered to you, and just pickup everything yourself in future to avoid the risk.

              • @Blehs: Source please?

Id like to see an accident that was severe enough to damage a product designed for active use, however minor enough to appear undamaged in packaging/product.

My sennheiser headphones have been in 2 car accidents (both not at fault, and 1 was a write off) and recieved zero defects.

My partner works in insurance, so im rather keen on this.

                • @MasterScythe: Don’t worry, we have a 100% guarantee, if the product you received is not available, we will immediately replace it with a new one or refund for free ;)

                • +2

@MasterScythe: So, you've never looked at the dozens of videos online of the luggage handlers in airports drop kicking parcels onto the plane?

            • @MasterScythe: Settle down mate

  • Thanks Op, just bought one. Was waiting for a deal on my first go at a wireless pair of earbuds.

Now I won't feel sooo old on the train, hopefully ;-)
