Curious..does the store recognise the sales of these the same as they would if paid by cash? I.e. These promotions would have zero negative impacts on the franchise store?
I feel guilty not buying anything when I use a deal like this!
That’s what I was thinking too, but i’m pre sure they make enough money just from app sales itself. From fuel price match on the app and other things which could help their business grow from this marketing. (Anyways: HAPPY NEW YEAR!)

This stuff is horrific. I threw mine as soon as I took a sip. 5 other family members tried it and thought it tasted horrible too.
The rose lemonade is pretty decent imo

First 7/11 freebie I got.
Family member went to get one from the other stores in our area but to no avail - I didn't want to get two freebies from the same store.
First store nup no stock (I wonder why!!!!)
Second store just lied to our faces saying it wouldn't scan because it's the wrong flavour - which I knew was a lie because I got one from the first store same flavour.I get that they aren't reimbursed for these promotions but at least hiding it makes some sort of sense. We ended up lining up and wasting our time, in addition to a very rude sales person.

The one near Swanston? Absolute stingy fks.One time I tried using two vouchers (the vouchers were pretty crap too, just saving a dollar or two) but they told me only one a day. Was going to argue it further but I was running late so instead just left everything on their counter and just left.
Bourke St, next to a colourful wall. I had a bad experience there and from the review, many were too. I avoid the store after the incident in Nov.
Will be back in stock at 12.01am tonight at my local 7eleven, like usual.
Apparently most of the stores know now and will hide the stock when there's free item. Perhaps can make a complaint directly to the HQ and they will investigate. The HQ might 'reimburse' us. 2 months ago I had a bad experience in one of the stores and I made a complaint and I was given a gift card.
