      It’s only for the private bathe package, not normal bath house entry so keep that in mind. I don’t recommend going in Summer though, bookings must be low because it’s extremely rare that discounts are offered for Peninsula Hot Springs.

    Been many times, used to be really good. Now it's always so packed and noisy. If you don't mind that then it could be good. They need to limit the numbers.

          The pools are too full. Last couple of times I went, you ended up sitting so close to strangers and playing 'footsies' with those opposite, as it is just overcrowded. This was off-peak as well.

          It never used to be this way. You now have to walk up and down the pools trying to find one that wasn't overflowing with people.

          They used to have 'quiet pools' as well, with those signs now removed as it has become impossible to get people to shut up.

            @bohn: Thanks for the info, I went there 8 years ago and the waiting time in line was an hour, we went to Arthurs Seat instead.. I was interested in this offer to try again, but it sounds like it’s just as bad all these years later.. No way do I want to be in a pool unable to spread out and relax! Sounds similar to being on a train in peak hour traffic lol, where do you focus your gaze lol. Cheers.

            @bohn: Again, from a business perspective, more people squished, more money. I don't think they care about people's enjoyment if they are constantly busy during peak times. That's why they have off peak periods. I have family with small kids, anytime I go to theme park or activity I always check reviews or Google busy periods to ensure when I go, I avoid peak times.

            @bohn: If you haven’t been since September 2018, there is now a large amphitheatre area that has been added with several new pools, new far superior changerooms/lockers, new sauna and ice cave.

    Cold water bottle
    Bath robe
    Towel
    Thongs
    Bathers or shorts
    Food - snack
    Shampoo etc..to have shower after ur experience

    Avoid…Going on…
    Public holidays
    School holidays
    Weekends
    After 9.00am

    Why…
    Too crowded
    Entrance fee is double the price
    Gets too hot, if on the day temperature high

    School holidays are now, hence why they are offering 20% discount on entrance fee

      The bath house is selling at $55/ppl online. Is it good enough? And does it mean they will cut the price to $27.5 if arrive before 9am?

        You must avoid going at the above times.

        Eg: do a test as if your purchasing the ticket….
        place the date attending as of 05 February at 8.00am, one adult, the price is….- it will show you the different prices for different entrance times

        Now place the date of 08 January at 8.00am, the price is….

        Why…Its school holidays, peak time
        Less of course, 20% with code…
