      I'd go with this… Second hand 5yrs old and you have no warranty coverage at all.

        Thanks. This one has 1 year warranty. Is that normal? I thought that ACCC enforces 2 years warranty for every electronic devices

          I think it depends on the state you are in… Consumer affairs Victoria for instance says that a device needs to work for the amount of time a reasonable person would expect… That means whatever the retailer says is garbage. If aldi sell you this and it breaks before 3 years i'd say you'd easily be able to get it replaced, repaired or refunded. The outcome is up to you as the consumer… Sometimes retailers just need to be reminded of their obligations and you'll find they come to the party pretty quickly!

      I wouldn't buy this. With the built in dvd player and the cheap parts, it's likely to be a problem in the long term. My 11 year old Samsung full hd 40" tv is still running so in my personal opinion, even a 5 year old Samsung is most likely going to be better in every way with superior picture and parts.

    That sound bar might be good value as a bluetooth speaker if you don't mind the size.
