  • Deal on Lightning to HDMI?

    • not this time.

  • Does this support dual link DVI ??

    • No. I have been going through this trouble with my old 30" 2k Dell monitor. The only way to do it is to buy a $200+ powered active adapter. All non powered adapters will only get to 1920x1200

      • +1

This adapter works with my RTX 2070 and X-Star 1440P monitor with dual-link DVI. I had to switch DVI cables but it works.

        • Excellent. I'll have to try that one. I have tried and returned 10 different ones now that claim to support 2560x1600 @60hz. None have yet. But I am always looking.

          • @curtturtle: Also why did you have change cables. Is there something I should be looking at?

            • @curtturtle: The original cable I was using that worked fine with my old GPU caused a bunch of green/red lines on the screen when I used the adapter. i found another DVI cable and it worked fine. Also my monitor is 2560 x 1440 not 2560 x 1600, maybe those few extra pixels might be too much? Worth a try though I suppose.

    • yes, it can support dual link DVI.

  • I am not sure you can claim 4k if the max res only goes to 1920x1200

    • it can display 4k on most of current model, only limitation on some old 4k monitor.
