Even now we're beyond the Christmas season, Xbox Game Pass continues to be the gift that keeps on giving, with Grand Theft Auto V being added to the console service today

Still one of the best games around. Never got around to finishing it though.

        many ozbargainers don't consider this a deal. the arguments are "you don't need to post every time Netflix adds a new movie so why would you need to with games?" and "ozreminder". You will understand in a few hours when they wake up.

            So if GTAV is made available for "free" (yes you pay for subscription), then it is a DEAL.

                I completely agree that not every big game should be listed here. But this is something that continues to sell in the thousands of copies each month around the globe each month

                  @Rimzi: I’m not saying it’s not a good game or that people won’t enjoy playing it; my argument is that nothing is free if it’s tied to a paid subscription service, you’re simply paying for it in a different way. If there was a discount on subscribing to the service, then great that’s a deal, if you’re paying the same amount for the service to simply do what you paid for, which is to regularly add new content, then I can’t see a deal there.

                @mr_me450: I call bs. A movies value is generally significantly lower than a game. Also the release schedule is a lot slower. Netflix has thousands, while Xbox had less than 100. We are getting greater value for this. Who cares if it's a reminder for some, not everyone is like your and refreshes every service home page every day.

      Expect a bunch of negs, a lot of people here don’t seem to understand they’re paying for a service with these subscriptions and are not actually getting ‘free’ games. Expect arguments about these posts being ‘great for awareness’ or that it’s ‘nothing like netflix because you get to keep the games’, conveniently forgetting you have to keep paying that subscription fee to ‘keep’ your games with Live and Game Pass games actually change frequently, etc etc.

        Wrong. GTA Online is thriving on Xbox. I've been playing it for weeks and lobbies are consistantly loaded with Aussies and Kiwis. This new deal will bring heaps more players, too.

      Also I have a Game Pass subscription, and they are constantly telling me what the new titles being added are. It's not like you'll miss out on this news.

        However you need to download. If you have a slow connection it's gonna take ages. Don't forget you get a physical copy no need to wait if you play offline. $4 extra is worth for that. PS3 is just as cheap as chips compare to Xbox 360

        So technically it's still better deal

        Xbox 360 seriously this deal is for Xbox one…. And Xbox one passes once sub expired you don't keep the game…

        I suppose if you own an Xbox 360 you could buy this. But the word out there knows 360 piracy is already gone wild
