I noticed this morning that Shopback has corrected the cashback for my Groupon purchases to 20%. I didn't need to contact them. :)
Tracking in App didn't work. (First time for me.)
Lodged Report.
Should I be concerned? I haven't had anything tracked since 31/12…

I've looked up the date and it's not on a list… does that mean my cashback glitched and failed?
@anastasiastarz: Check the Click Activity list. It should show there if you clicked through SB. If it's not there - check SB for information (don't have ad blockers etc).
If it's not also shown in the Cashback Activity list (you say it's not), then click on the relevant Click in the Click Activity list, & lodge a report from there.

You will need the Transaction Number & price of the purchase for the report - check in the confirmation email (from Groupon).

When clicking through on ShopBack did it open the Groupon App for you to proceed or using the Groupon site within their Shopback App?
Seems strange that a few of us had failed tracking!

Usual excuses: there must have been click out to another site, cookies were disabled, or order falls under the merchant’s exclusions. Nope!
Did the same as every other successful purchase that tracked on my phone, but this 1 failed to track.
How did you get them to accept it?
Btw do you only use phone?

Shopback tracked the wrong date on my purchase, applied the wrong percentage and are saying it wasn't tracked at all haha, what a joke.
I have sent them another email with screenshots to make it super OBVIOUS
I buy quite a lot of Groupons and it get very difficult to keep check of what has tracked and at what %. One time i reported one that did not track so they credited it but wrong %. Another time I reported a missing cashback they credited a purchase at ebay that I never made and wrong %. Why is it so hard to get it right?
