    uberEats foods are generally more expensive than their usual prices. Better to call the restaurants directly to order.

      Luckily for us ubereats charges the same prices for our favourite local Thai place so these free delivery promos are always great for me.

        Keep in mind your Thai place takes less of a profit, so if you've ever got the opportunity to pick-up, better to go direct.

      Yeah it's usually like an extra $2-$3 on most dishes, but I guess if you're feeling lazy then the free delivery is nice.

        Could be a situation where the code is sent to you because you met a condition according to their database (e.g. not ordered for [x] duration) but between receiving the code and applying the code, you no longer meet those conditions so the system prevents you from applying it.

        It would be similar to applying a discount for "free delivery for first purchase" and trying to con the system by making a new account, but when it detects the same delivery address as a past order, it prevents you from entering an otherwise valid code.

      Pointless is a bit rough. Do you work in the city? Maybe you can uber eat to work address, or use when you are at a friends or family's place?

      Also have this 5 min rotation where i live, however some stores are specifically exempt from this it seems, particularly Mc Donald's has NEVER been on the rotation so this is sort of good for me if i feel like that.

    Menu prices in uber eats for same restaurant are much higher than in Menulog.
    Free delivery just makes it even for an average $40 order.

    Uber has inflated prices then gives discount.

    Will stick to menulog

    Didn’t work for me, they never work for me. I received one code from ubereats and they emailed me after the code had already expired. I emailed support and their response was “you were unable to use the code as is was expired” Um duh! I said that, I was asking why I was sent an expired code. Replied to them and got the exact same response ugh, I use uber eats all the time too. Think I might have to use Menulog or something,
