…or you could use any of the following which are free from the big 4 banks:
They all appear to use CoreLogic RP Data, however the valuation results/ranges differ based on each banks own valuation criteria.
The Westpac and nab reports are shown straight away on the web, whereas the ANZ one is a bit slower but it eventually emails you a full PDF report similar to the official CoreLogic ones (and you can request for up to 6 properties at once, each one gets emailed to you as a separate PDF). Note that CBA also offer these complimentary however require an appointment with one of their Home Lending Specialists to obtain/request (i.e. not self service).
If you have the Suncorp app, you can also view the data using the Property Explorer feature.

NAB and ANZ gives free property report for at least last 2 years (or even more). What's so special about this?
