@Gerry H: At the time of the offer I had a $0 AF and a $450 AF. Only the $450 got the best offer, while the $0 got 10% and a higher spend to get it. The $450 was the AMEX Qantas Ultimate.
Never seen over 5% for regular offers.
I ditched my landline after my wife and I got onto this plan last year, but the kids need a phone for home emergencies. Can anyone recommend a cheap annual prepaid deal? Don't need overseas, just very occasional calls to mobile and text.

I've got it for someone who rarely makes calls and just uses it for incoming.
Gives them about 2hrs worth of calls a year. If you can handle that, it's a bargain.

For those holding off activating their vouchers until months later, might be a good idea to take a photo of your receipt in case it fades. Mine had pretty dodgy faint ink so who knows what will be left in 7 months time.
