    Last time they have cancelled half of my orders and just sent some of my item; Pretty bad for this brand!

    They have given me $20 useless voucher! I told them this $20 is completely useless unless you let me stack with your current promo code! they even didn't bother themselves to reply back and say we can't!

      Cancelled half my order, and half those items were in stock on the website.

      No response in customer service, just a free shipping code you can't even stack with the sale.

        Yeah that is really bad way to treat their customers,

        Same things happened to me with other brand and they politely asked me if I would like to order any other color or size or whatever, other colors of that item were much more expensive however they accept to exchange it for me with no extra cost!

        But Ck! just ignore their customers!

      My order was refunded too two weeks after order placed. No communication at all. I wouldn’t bother ordering anything from them.

    I bought from this website and had no response when my order wasn't shipped. Ended up having to do a PayPal dispute which ironically they didn't even respond to. Ended up getting my money back and never buying from them again.

    Cheapest men's trucks are reduced from $54.95 to $24.95 to $15 plus shipping. Think I'll stick with Aldi 3 pack for $10.

    Who in there right mind would pay $55 for undies?

      The promo includes already reduced stuff. So, for example, I scored a pair of trunks which retail for $54.95 and were already reduced to $24.95. With a further 40% off and by stacking that with the 10% VIP discount, you can get a pair of $55 CK's for around $13 - not bad at all when you consider even Bonds go for about $25-$30 a pair.

      Definitely something to take advantage of if you're overdue for a bunch of new undies.

    They again cancelled my items and send me a free delivery code which can't combine with other promo code (that means useless)

    you can simply accept your poor website backup and fulfill your customers order by offering them to choose other color of the same items! I am sending you an example here:

    I have never seen any other brand treat their customers as rude as CK!

    Please behave as your brand! you are not some cheap company then please don't play cheap!
