The Grab it for $10 specials page lists Iron Jack 6 pack as regular price $17.80, but when I add it to cart with other items over $28, it shows as $12 in the card, not $10.
It apparently works fine for the help desk guy I spoke to on the phone, but he reported that the order totaled $97, whereas mine was totaling $102 on screen… weird.Bit of a glitch I've noticed. I think the deals are meant to be $10 in certain states and $12 in others. I've received $10 before when it should be $12 where I am.

Nope. Ordered two hours ago. Tracking is a hit and miss on desktop, but better on phone (at least from my experience). Three didn't track for my last six orders. Guess will have to email them again
SB tracking is flaky. My last attempt I got 1 out of 3. The other 2 I submitted a claim with proof, but got declined. So my 5% cash back back turned into 1.6% net!

Mine didn't track. Lodged a missing cashback claim and was rejected. Suspecting cos I used an e-gift card to pay. But it's not specifically stated in the exclusions. Only promo codes and vouchers not listed on their site. An e-gift card is neither of those things.
Pretty annoyed tbh.

Yay, would buy again from BWS after they kindly honoured the last "price error" even if there is a good chance Shopback won't track the purchase. Good reason to finish all the Iron Jack this Aussie Day long weekends…
