I thought many of these Fire fighting organisations do not issue ID?

    • +1

Yep the only thing 'official' I ever got from RFS was a letter when i joined and login credentials to the online portal

      • it'll be a thumbs down to them if they try and deny the deal based on this

    • In Qld Rural Fire Service members can get issued with an ID card.

  • Would this not be better post fire season? Though its still a nice gesture.

better go before this place closes down for good

      source?

      • He's being facetious, but most theme parks enthusiasts seem to be of the opinion that Dreamworld has been mismanaged by 10+ years of inexperienced executives while Village Roadshow (Movie World, Wet n Wild, Seaworld) has made smart investments that are paying off many times over.

        • +1

Except village roadshow parks are suffering massive losses so I don’t think they are making art decisions.

        • Plus the multi million dollar payouts because of the disaster a few years back.. they're in a very bad way right now..

Many firies will still be busy throughout February - the threat isn't over. Would be good if DW duplicated the offer for (at least) a month outside of bushfire season too.

  • -1

It would be more dangerous to go to Dreamworld then our Firefighter and SES personal to fight bush fire.

Dreamworld trying to get emergency services personnel on site for cheap!

  • -3

Can't wait to go on the Thunder river rapids ride!

    • That would be difficult, because it was dismantled.

DreamWorld!! Haven't they been through enough??

  • Is the old Koala bear still playing the piano there?
