    I stalk the frozen meal aisles regularly and I'd give these an 8/10. I've had much worse, but these are on-par with Weight Watchers - there's an acceptable amount of actual meat in these compared to some of the other more budget options. Still doesn't hold a candle to Core Powerfoods, but very decent. For this price: fantastic.

    I bought a few today. Protein is about 10-15 grams per meal. Each one is just under 300 calories. Their okay but was still hungry so ate another one.

    I find them all a bit bland so I usually spice them up with garlic pepper or something and then they're fine.
