Standard pricing now. It’s been this price at JB and Officeworks for a little while. Also the one year Apple TV+ thing has been standard for ages now.
JB were offering this price and if you went on a 12 month Telstra plan a $500 GC included as well until recently. No deal.

just out of curiosity, how does $500 gc work? like can you use it against a mobile device such as this iphone XS? if you went on the 12 months contract?
monthly payment would be then 41.6 (500/12) + $65 per month for a whole year?You had to buy the phone outright but could use GC on the purchase. So $499 phone plus $65 x 12 months. Even if you didn’t want to keep the contract you could pay ETC of $390 making phone price $889 (499+390).
