  • Catch is $15/90days - $5 CR. = $10 for 60gb/90days

    • Can you do for 12 months on that.

  • I'm confused, the OP and the link don't mention the same thing. It says you get $10 discount for the first 3 months, then the plan will increase to 20GB for $28/mth

    • Fixed up now. Needs referral code from the randomiser below the deal to get $10 off for 12 months instead of the usual 3 months.

Having some issues with these guys, currently. They want to bill me for a month that should’ve been free but that I’d also ported away from prior to it’s commencement.

Same here mate. Very dodgy company. Watch out

      • im also in the process of porting out.
got annoyed at all these new customer only deals. and I dont use that much data so going to a long term boost (I hope)

    • Have had them try to bill me for the same thing a few times. Very annoying co to deal with… avoid!!
If you were on the 4 mth free deal that included the portion of the first month you signed up the T&Cs are still on their website and clearly shows that you get 4.? months free.
No matter what they offer in the future I would never use them again.

I find them a little dodgy on how data is metered. Their 20GB is like 2GB on other networks. Watch 4 short Youtube videos and your data allowance is over.

Yessss it is very true. I got 20gb/month and have wifi at home and work. Only time I use internet is when I’m out and I do a bit of Spotify and web browsing (not even YouTube) and exhaust all the data each month. Plus I got 4 months free promotion but every month they send me the bill and send me reminder emails and sms every 2 days. I had to contact online chat like 7-8 times in the last 2 months to fix it. And they still keep sending me email about the payment. The person I had chat with before, sent me literally 8 emails to give her feedback. I didn’t respond and she called me 3 times! I had to report her. So for my experience , no way in hell I’d go with Circles.Life again

Once their customer you will go in circles for life :)

Similar experience. Their data usage reporting doesn't seem to match what my phone is reporting.

Also got a bill from them for 0.32c for an international SMS. I never send international SMS. But when I spoke to the support team via chat and asked them to confirm the number the SMS was sent to (they don't give itemised bills, something to watch out for), they said they couldn't tell me for privacy reasons (WTF? It's a charge on MY ACCOUNT and you can't tell me what the number is for PRIVACY REASONS????). They then said the SMS cost appeared on my bill as a result of a bug and will remove it from my bill. I just received my latest bill and lo and behold it's still there. I switched off automatic payments and will be porting out. You'd think that during a customer's free period they'd do their best to ensure nothing goes pear shaped so the customer continues on, and I would have but these are red flags to me. Avoid.

Thanks for the in depth review. I will avoid this company.

I also got charged the same for an international text to New Zealand which I didn't make. My data is way off as well

      • … sent me literally 8 emails to give her feedback. I didn’t respond and she called me 3 times!

        A secret admirer probably.

Many reports of bad experiences with these guys.

I activated with these guys on a Sunday night, come Friday they still hadn't managed to get my phone connected after multiple support calls. They kept blaming my phone and had me clear off all the settings (iPhone X). Grabbed the 120Gb 365 day Optus deal and was connected 2 hours after my SIM arrived.

Been with them for 1 month. Slow speeds, many drop outs. Use more data than I actually do and have been billed $10 over with no response from them. Not happy.

  • +1

No problems for me. Seems the same as Optus. I like how they do their voicemails with recorded text messages.

    • Ditto. I am currently on their '$28/Mth 100GB Mobile Plan for 6 Months' plan, and it works like a charm thankfully so far.

Stay away from this dodgy company!

Their customer services are just terrible.
The billing cycle start on the 1st day of the month, so if you're trying to leave, they will always try to charge you another month by delayed replies.

I asked them to terminate the service in November and only got the reply on 7 December. Then I ignored the late response and kept using their service.

Another time, I noticed them that I wanted to terminate the service on 20 Jan and got the replies within 1 day. They always reply me in a couple emails later, except for the most important one.

I paid the outstanding bill on 27th and got the reply with termination link (that also needs my further action) 3 days later on 30 Jan. Those 3 days are not even weekend or public holidays. I clicked on the confirmation link after the weekend so they are now trying to charge me another $28 for another bill.
So it somehow makes me feel like their late responses were done intentionly.

They deserve my only negative vote on OzB!

yup, similar experience as above, I got charged those dodgy International SMS on my bill (very, very strange), and after porting before the 4 month trial expired I still got a bill for a full month so in the process of sorting it out. I thought they had good intentions when they came into the market with a bang but lots to be desired atm…

    • How close to end of month did you port?

I'm on 4 month free ATM and was wondering how fine to cut it.

  • +2

Service termination link for all of you who are suffering. https://au-shop.circles.life/manage/order?showTerminate=true. I just chatted with them and terminated it for good.

  • Strange how they operate I activated a Sim on January 1st on the 100gb a month deal from end of November I think. And i ported out on January 21st I have not received any bill and can still log in with the number I have moved to another provider.
