    Got one the last deal, great vacuum to use. I bought the carpet head attachment but haven't had to use it because my xiaomi robot does the carpet. Just something to consider if you're deciding to get it.

    Hey OP, does the carpet head an official accessories of this vacuum?
    When I look at the photo, the carpet head colour is different than the accessories that comes with the vacuum. They a re more white.
    Is it a third party accessory you bundled with the Dreame V9?

    Love mine, regret paying extra for the carpet head though, the default one is pretty good for any basic carpet and if you have a big enough house with nice enough carpet to warrant the head then you probably have a decent plug in vacuum for that already.

    You can always change your mind later and order it for almost the same price as the bundle addon anyway.

    It doesn't last particularly long on a full charge on max power (8 mins I think is quoted)

      You get the carpet head for $60 more in this deal - and they sell it separately for $80 in their ebay store. If you have pets, or long haired house humans it’s probably going to do a better job getting it with the specialised head.

      I never tried the normal one, I put on the carpet head straight away.

      I use the medium and max level power. The suction on the lowest level is not great.

      Overall pretty satisfied with the purchase.

      Oh and if you don't get the carpet head in one delivery don't panic. They come in separately.

      I bought the combo but don't actually "get it" with what the normal head is for then. I'll use the carpet head when I vacuum anyway but the included head kinda looks like the carpet head filled in with a soft brush type of material, so I don't get what it's for … (doesn't seem to polish which is what it kinda looks like)

      Must have if you have an animal and/or a girlfriend. Great at picking up hairs that are wrapped around the carpet fibers.
      Otherwise, not really necessary.

    Hi OP,

    I bought this vacuum from a different seller about 3 months ago and have recently run into an issue with the battery no longer charging indicated by the LEDs. Not sure if it's an issue with the power adapter or the batteries themselves. Are you aware of this issue or any potential fixes?

    I bought this on the last deal for the same, or a very similar price and I am very happy with it.

    I have a smallish 3 bedroom house, with all hard floors. I can't get the whole house done (to my standards) in one charge…but that doesn't bother me as much as dragging cords and changing power outlets used to.

    Is the V10 worth the extra premium? I have a Miele Cat & Dog and been eyeing the Dyson V10/11 for awhile but don't mind getting this if they are good - seems pretty good reviews.

    I ordered the combo with the carpet head last year, and I've just realised that I never got the carpet head! I thought the soft roller was it…it seems to work reasonably well on both carpet and hard floors.
