  • between Groupon and eBay it's a war for a daily/weekly "sale"

It used to be %20 off, then %15 off, now it's %10 off.

Also never used to be eBay plus only. You're now paying for a worse discount.

    • +2

It used to be site wide, now only eligible items which no one knows about.

Almost ordered something over $1000 from Computer Alliance with PUNNET and eBay add to cart suddenly displayed this code.

Ordered the laptop from CA with PLUV10 and found that CA web site already have the same laptop with the same price with the discount XD

    • That's Jack for you.

I can't remember the last time eBay had a decent discount code?

  • I want to neg Ebay's BS deals. Now for Ebay Plus customers. No longer free postage and targeted sellers. How things change from 2 years ago where there was 3% off codes most of the time.

  • +2

eBay - I'm so fed up with you wasting my time. Stupid promotions like this really disenfranchise customers. If you send me a code for "10% off eBay Plus" I expect to get %10 off the eBay Plus listed items, not have to go on a hunt to find which of the items from which sellers the code will possibly apply to, only to find I can buy nothing that I'm after with your dodgy offer.

Add to that search results that are skewed, or searches that just plain fail and you are just giving me deliberately bad service.

It feels like I'm dealing with a shonky salesman trying to bait and switch me out of my money at every opportunity.
