    I don't have ebay plus, but it worked for something I just purchased. Ebay even suggested the code on the item's page, however, it didn't work for the same item sold by another seller.

    just checked, even ebay myer is no longer eligible now (used to)
    i tried to add 5 random items (and they are ebay plus item)
    only 1 item is eligible.
