  • I've never price match/beat at Chemist Warehouse how do you go about that? Just simply at the register?

How does the Lowest Price Guarantee offer work?

At Chemist Warehouse if you find a cheaper price on the same item at another Australian Registered Pharmacy or Australian Registered Retailer we will match it and give you 10% off the difference.

The price matching policy is limited to the retail limit applicable or a maximum quantity of three of each product.

      In Store:
If you would like to price match in store, please bring a catalogue from the other retailer containing valid proof of their price. The discount will take place during the time you purchase the product in store and our staff may choose to contact the competitor to verify their price before granting the price match.

      Online:
If you would like to price match online, please send us a direct link of the product on the competitors’ website it is being advertised on and your order number. Please note we require notification of your price match request within 24 hours of placing an order with us.

You will need to pay for your order in full, however after your price match has been approved you will receive a refund for the matched price.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process a price match for purchases made through the Click and Collect service.

      Exclusions:
Our price matching policy excludes international orders and offers that are exclusively online. This policy cannot be applied to products at the other company if they are:

      • out of stock
      • short dated
      • on clearance or discontinued
      • A part of a promotional offer e.g. buy one get one free
      • Purchases made through Click and Collect

Chemist Warehouse reserves the right to deny any price matching claims if they do not meet the above criteria.

  • 60 cent price beat? That’s somewhat embarrassing!

You're on the wrong site then mate :P

that's not 60 cent price beat. chemist warehouse is still selling Listerines for $11.49 so you save more than $5

      • Saved me a long drive to Big W too. CW was much closer.

  • Aldi mouthwash is $4 for 1L

    • CW has Colgate plax 1L @ $4.99 too….

apparently mouth wash doesn't do anything

The act of swishing liquids around can help loosen left over food particles stuck in between teeth that otherwise didn't come fully loose during flossing, it can help for a small duration a persons breath(albeit if you have a underlying problem not likely for long) and if it contains fluoride it might help in marginally bolstering what you should be getting in tapwater or toothpaste….

But is the end all of oral care products? If you don't brush or floss properly it frankly does nothing alone. (I happy use it mouthwash but I am well aware its not a magical item….)

P.S Some American studies are debating if alcohol based mouthwashes can have adverse affects if used to regularly, I stopped using them, but in my case they caused my mouth to be too dry….

    • A dentist whose work I can vouch for said that it’s all a scam. Same as toothpaste - you need only brush with water, and if you do want to use toothpaste, just use a tiny, tiny amount. Don’t squeeze 2cm of the stuff out like they do in the commercials.
