Hi all,

Just noticed Uniqlo has these on sale (been a while since I've seen a deal on them, but it seemed like a hit the time I saw it posted).

Not too sure when the promo ends.

  • There are some also at $29.90:

Only a few sizes left and they're just down to the 34 inch length pairs now. You can take them into a store and get them shortened for free though (I believe).

I completely disagree. I have bought these before and they've lasted a long time, especially considering the price. They look clean and Uniqlo will take them up for free when you purchase so you can get exactly the right length.

      • Free tailoring is easily worth $10-15 depending on where you go. Thats a huge plus I was unaware of!

    • can you offer a better alternative at a comparable price?

  • +1

bought a pair for work and has lasted almost a year with no issues. Will likely grab another pair if any left

    • Can you go without ironing?

      • No

      • +1

I find I can no problem and my wife and colleagues think they're fine with no iron.

        • I see. Will go check it out then.

      • +1

I can yes, as long as you are not silly and just cram it into the bottom of laundry basket or something

  • Does anyone know of a site that offers different length pants. #shortproblems. Like ideally chasing 31/30ish

    • Ask Marco Rubio or Bloomberg on Twitter.

See above, Uniqlo apparently tailor for free and offer a 32" drop so should be simple for them to take off that extra inch.

G-star have chino’s in lengths 30-34! I’ve usually managed to pick pairs up for $50-60 on sale. They retail for $160

    • No, but they offer free length trimming. I don’t like this as it resulted in wider opening on the foot of your pants, it is not as tapered down as say 32’ inseam pants. I love uniqlo but I never buy a single pair of pant from them. Try Next and Asos, they have 3 different pants length 30’,32’ and 34’.

      • Last I looked at their pants (a while ago now) they had some sign saying they basically relied on the length tailoring and offered less fits overall.
I can't buy their pants cos of my obviously not-normal fit.

The black chino fades away rather fast

    • +1

ive had my black pair for about a year and cant really say they have faded much to a point you can tell. What is your definition of fast? maybe its due to the way you wash them?

      • 30 deg wash. Air dry.

        • Wash & dry inside out?
