No deal listed and the terminology being used "could be eligible" no thank you.

    • Hey @HSV_GTS,

What do you mean by no deal listed?

It's true that you "could be eligible" for example you need to be a new loanScore subscriber.

You can see the other terms below.

      Thanks!

Wants your full name and property location to spam you

    • Hey @elitistphoenix,

The property address is so we can keep you up to date on your property value and calculate your equity for you etc.

Your name is so we can talk to you like a person instead of a number.

"to spam you" is subjective, many people find loanScore valuable, a few people don't, if you don't you're always free to unsubscribe from the free updates at any time.

      I hope this helps.

      Have a great day!

    • Thanks for posting this @GG57

I should have done that earlier :)

      Thanks!

Can confirm I’ve got my 1000 velocity points with them.

    • +4

Me too. Did this when it was first mailed out to Velocity members a week or so ago and have received the points in my Velocity account today.

Take their advice with a pinch of salt, mind — oddly enough a service majority owned by Westpac thinks the best options in the market that I should switch my home loan to are from Bank of Melbourne, Bank SA or St George. What a coincidence!

      • +1

        Hey @Melbourne Matt,

Believe it or not this is a coincidence, the uno platform is lender agnostic.

Sure, if the Westpac products are better than what you have now and better for your specific situation than the products form the other 30 lenders we have on our panel then that's what you'll see first on the list.

We're very proud of the range of products we provide and even prouder of how much pain we've taken out of the search for the right home loan for your specific situation.

Another great thing is, we don't just show you 3 options, we give you access to all of the options. If you want to choose a specific loan from a specific lender for whatever reason we can facilitate that.

We've gone to even further lengths to ensure there's no lender favouritism by paying our broker team for the work they do, not the products they sell. That is no commission.

I hope this helps give a little more insight into how we like to operate as a business.

        Have a great day!

    • Likewise. I got it today. Funnily enough, it said the transaction date was last week but only credited today.

      • Hey burningrage,

Please allow up to 2 weeks after you complete an eligible subscription for the Velocity Points to be credited to your account.

We'd love to credit them sooner but technically this is just the way it works right now.

        Thanks for your patience!

    • Hey @Sarinella,

Thanks for confirming you received your points.

We'd love to hear how you use them.

      Have a great day!

    • accidentally doubled up on this reply, ignore me, it's early :)

  • How long is a subscription? Is the 1000 points per loan or per customer? Is it individuals only or are other entities eligible?

    • Hey @bigspike,

You can subscribe for as long as you like.

It's a free service that tells you if your current home loan is any good and alerts you when you can save money, either by renegotiating with your existing lender or changing lenders.

If you have a home loan it's a no brainer.

The offer is purely to get the word out to a broader audience.

If you want uno to help you get a better home loan then we're here when you need us.

      • Thanks. Can you answer my other two questions?

  • This doesn’t work for me. The form validation won’t let me submit. Of all things, it won’t accept my name. Unfortunately the name has to match the owner of the property, so I can’t change that and register under a different name. I’ve tried with and without a hyphen, but it still won’t accept. I gave up.

      Hey @JHoliday,

Good for you for already having a great home loan!

You do still get the points.

The good thing about loanScore is that it tells you when a great home loan isn't so great anymore and shows you how much money you could save by either renegotiating with your current lender or changing lenders.

      I hope this helps.

      Have a great day!

  • Hmmm tells me my home loan is in poor shape but then suggests no other options and that $0 in savings are available! Interesting business concept…..

  • Received 1,000 points as advertised. Can't complain.

  • Are we really placing much value on Veolcity points considering that the airline itself is in administration and any new owners will negotiate with the scheme?
