Not buying the TV now, the remote will make me feel inadequate.
This is why I stick with my Nokia 3310's 2 inch screen.
Ever since the iPhone upgraded to 4 inches I've felt less of a man with that in my pocket :'(

Wow as a Chinese first time to know TCL also makes AC. I am pretty sure Nobody would buy their AC in China.
Mine TCL air conditioner stopped working last month which served 14 years.
I have a TCL TV which is better than the 5 year old Samsung it replaced, it's also better than the Aldi TV I have in the spare room.
Sure Samsung have improved in those 5 years, but most people just want a TV, and for that TCL offers a good option.

Have seen a couple of these brands in my tv ratings homes. Figured it was a typo no one picked up on
Tcl brand tv's seem to me pretty good value for the price, can't imagine this is the same kind of tv as the parent company.
Although I have to laugh at everyone giving this TV shit due to its name, I don't quite get all the negativity over it… I bought one late last year after my 2 year old Aldi TV died, and for the price it's great! Yes the built-in "smart" functionality is sh!thouse and next to useless, but this can be easily turned off. Partnered with a Chromecast, I've found it great value for the dollarydoos (and I paid full price for it, then got the extra discount credited earlier this year thanks to my 28 Degrees Shoppers Protection). It's a rebadged TCL, so works with their various apps too.
Are people happy with a 9 inch these days ?
