        Not if you you're trying to use a 240Volt appliance in a country with a 110Volt supply. The power will not be converted.

        The USB ports should (probably) work however.

          You can buy and use it with confidence. I have traveled to more than 30 countries and regions. I have tried both high and low voltages. This problem is not what you are worried about. My practical experience tells me, I suggest you try it. .

    The numbers don't add up:

    3.4A across the 4 ports. That's less than 1amp port port.
