Groupon: 20% Cashback on App and 15% on Website @ ShopBack

Got an email saying from shopback saying Today only "20% cashback" but says 15% upon checking the website. Will update title if it changes in website.

Update : 20% from SB app and 15% using SB website. Thanks @dealbot for clarification.

      in the terms and conditions section which you need to expand, it mentions "Cashback is calculated after the usage of Groupon credit"

          by memory i used groupon credit it worked, but the last thing i bought which used partial groupon credit and then paypal the remainder did not track.

  • In my experience Shopback tracking of Groupon purchases degraded substantially during the last 2-3 months.
    Obviously I am familiar with all their requirements of how to ensure that the purchase is being tracked.
    I made a purchase last time when they had 15% off. Click activity showed it but then it didn't move into Cashback activity. When I enquired, they replied that my purchase didn't track. So, I lost $65.
    It's really annoying as I am now having this problem with Shopback when I purchase from Groupon. Other transactions have been tracking OK.
