    Great price OP. Just be mindful this is AC2200 rather than AC3000 model RBS50v. Not sure if this will be compatible with RBK50 owners.

      I use this with my RBK50 system as an add on and just ordered my second with this deal. Works really well. I don’t believe there is a AC3000 voice model.

          It does have two ports - I actually linked it via Ethernet for backhaul thus keeping the 50 satellite at AC3000

      It is compatible, but the whole network will run at AC2000 speed.

        That’s a shame. All my network (inc Ethernet) is dependent on an initial wireless backhaul.
        I.e. NBN — O.router — O.satellite — Ethernet — switch.

      I believe it works with any existing Orbi Wi-Fi as a satellite

        None of the router models (e.g. RBRxxx) will work as satellites. But you can add satellites (RBSxxx) to pretty much any of the other Orbi routers.

        EDIT: sorry, was just saying this in general btw, not contradicting your post, which is correct. Have edited to clarify.

      A deal? You cant even buy a satellite for the RBK50 in Australia even at full price. Bit of a con selling a mesh router system when you cant even add a satellite to expand it.

      Definitely wont be going Netgear for my next router.

      You may find the orbi outdoor satellite is available in Australia and running on AC3000 backhaul.
