  • (1) [SoundPEATS Truengine SE Dual Dynamic Drivers Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Earbuds]
    www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0827JB47V
    Was $56.99 Now $51.29
    Code: GEPM42X5

These ones completely disappeared off your store a month or so ago when I was interested in buying them, had it in my cart and it became no longer available. What happened there rep?

    • Thanks for your interest in this model, dear
Because this model is popular in every site, and the stock of goods is relatively small, which has led to the shortage of Australian sites all the time.
Now four or five hundred stocks have arrived now.So if you are interested in it, please buy it soon
      Thanks

      • Any chance these will go back on sale? I didn't see the deal in time :(

        • use the code, dear
          Code: GEPM42X5

    • Same here… Been waiting for a while. Thought there was issues and it was recalled… Got one now!

  • I want to use it for teleconference, typically 1 hour each. Which model has the best mic performance, clear with no noice?
    Thanks.

    • The new arrival Truengine SE is Dual Dynamic Drivers, so I recommend this.
And the mic performance of our truefree+ and truecapsule model are also very good, but they are not on promotion now
So I advise the Truengine SE model you can have a try
      Thanks

      • +2

I own the Truengine SE, and while I agree they're good for calls, they can be fairly quiet for the caller.

I haven't used this brand of them, but usually 'behind the neck' style are better, as they bring the microphone closer to your mouth.
        https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B079PQZ5PS

      • Thank you for your reply. However when I read the Truengine explanation, it does not discuss about the mic performance.
The true capsule notes does talk about the high definition mic. Mic performance is more important to me. So I will wait for promotion of Truecapsule. I hope it is not far away.

    • If you are in a quiet space with good acoustics, they will be ok.
Not much good in noisy spaces, outside, etc. Most of the models like this <$100 are not great (and many over $100).

The Apple style (pole poking down) moves the mic closer to the mouth, it helps.

      • Thank you for your advice

  • I own the Truengine SE; can't say anything bad about them.

If you forced me to neg them; I'd say they should have tweaked the chip (can't be done by the user, but I read the whitepaper of the processor) to bring the low-lows up higher.

The low-mids are VERY punchy; but anything that's deep and rumbly on a system with a subwoofer, is completely lost.
This is an ACCURATE thing to do, speakers do not play sounds that are below-woofer-range (subwoofer) so I don't condemn them too much, but there's a reason BEATS are popular; because they tweak the bass upward in the frequency so the little drivers can push it.
Dont get me wrong, I do NOT want beats level of 'screwing with my sound'; but a little more deep bass being represented would have been nice.

Sound separation and details are…. amazing…. Thanks to the isolation that in-ears provide, I'm hearing things in songs that my Sennheiser Momentums havn't made obvious before!

    Can recommend!!!!!

      But micro usb…

      • +1

I already own a microUSB cable, and it shipped with one; so no issue there.

I use an IKEA charger, with 3 ports, so I can keep 3 device cables plugged in.

      • It's a ~$50 item. Surely this is not something you can neg it for…

        • I didn't neg? but I'm sorry its 2020 and MicroUSB should be abolished. Look at any review of them and everyone puts MicroUSB as a big con.

          • @vee124: Im really surprised they dont own microusb cables.

            People whinge about wierd things.

          • @vee124: Well I'm poor and all my devices are still micro usb. Having a USB-C device will require me to have one extra cable around. So yea, there is still good reason for micro usb to be around for people like me.

  • Does the SOUNDPEATS Truedot have APTX? as it says it has the Qualcomm QCC3020? Also does it have USB C Charging?

    • +1

      Yes, Truedot support SBC、AAC、APTX
And it is the Qualcomm QCC3020
      But it is Micro USB
And for our other new arrival, most of them will improve to be USB C Charging
Like truebuds, truewings, trueshift2, truengine2, trueair and truengine3 SE
Hope the above information will help you
      Thanks
      Poppy

  • I just sent the company a message. I ordered TrueWings this morning before the code. Going to see if I can get the discount.

    • +1

      pm me, dear

  • Hey OP, can you also do a deal on the Truecapsule please?
    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07S9XVTBH/

    • +2

Yes, this model will have a deal on 21th, you can have a look at that time

      • Great, thanks!!

  • I'm an electrician and often working in hot environments, sweating alot… was thinking the truewings but would the trueengine ones hold up as well you think?

    or wait for truecapsule?

    • Yes, Truewings is a good choice for you according to your working environments

      • Ta, having just watched a review and thinking how easily some QCY buds I have pull in and out, think I'll keep away from the ear wrap now, thx for the heads up though was waiting for promo on some new buds!

        • The neck loop style might help take the weight off a bit and when they do slip out at least they wont bounce away. Think the wings might just trap sweat under the plastic…

You could look at other tips like the Comply's, not for me, but there are many who find its the only way for them to get a good fit.

    • I do 5+ km powerwalks with the TruengineSE and can't fault them.

  • Are the Q35HD going on sale anytime soon? And do they have a balanced sound or more bass heavy? Thanks!

    • Maybe 26th March, dear, you can have a look on that time

    • +1

      Comparison of Q35's vs Q30 @ 4:13 mark here:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1KbHuRyb84

Not sure how much different the Q35HD is versus the Q35, but I'm a bit of a bass-head and loved my Q30's before so waiting on a deal on them again…

      • Thanks both! :)

  • Hi OP, I bought these recently and want to buy another pair.

    https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/aw/d/B082KLWS6H/ref=ox_sc_act_i…

Is there a discount on these too? Thanks!

  • +1

Will you be getting the TrueAirs by any chance?

    https://www.soundpeatsaudio.com/en/true-wireless-earbuds-tru…

    • +1

Dear Trueair is on the way now, we deliver 240 pcs tomorrow.
You need to wait 12 days about and then you can have a look in our store in that time

      • Awesome. Looking forward to testing them out :)

  • Been running in TrueWings for a few weeks now and it's great. I sweat a lot and those stay on your ears very well. Not to mention that it's much cheaper than Powerbeats Pro. However,

    • the control is weird. Capacitive touch & no buttons, which isn't the best when you have sweaty hands.
    • only around 4 hours of battery life before needing to go back to the charging case
    • only around 4 hours of battery life before needing to go back to the charging case

That was the killer for me; It's why I bought the TruengineSE; my walks\runs are often longer than that.

    • I just got my Truewings, not too happy with them. Audio quality is poor compared to my Jaybirds X4. It sounds so muffled compared to the clarity which the X4's have. Also, they don't fit properly and only feel comfortable when using jaybird foam tips on them.

  • Loved my Q30's. Used them heavily and daily for over a year and they were always faltless. Unfortunately I lost them while travelling about a month ago.

Was going to pick up another set here but looks like the deal on them was expired almost immedaitely after this was posted. :/

Has anyone used the Q30's and any of the above and can offer a comparison? Q30's look to be the only ones that offer the noise cancellation. Just read some reviews on the TrueWings and found lots of complaints about a lack of bass (thought the Q30's were quite good).

  • Damn…looking for truewings. Missed it. My alerts didn't work.

OP, any idea when they will be on sale?
