    Do not buy from Pegasus. After multiple emails and waiting for 3 months, I had to get Paypal to intervene for the refund my money. They kept postponing the delivery of the gift cards whilst holding on to your money.

    Just a few days ago got PayPal involved for my early December order. Got a full refund. They have always been slow - but now over 3 months. They used to answer the phone and emails - but not anymore. Do yourself a favor and try and call them on 1300 362 251. If you just get told to leave a message then that's the level of service you now get. Walk away.

    So, if Pegasus is screwing people over with wait times/non-delivery, TGG will give you your discount directly it seems.

    The Pegasus 'Fair Use Policy indicates that more than $2000 of gift cards per month is excessive, so if you're at or under this amount then it would seem they must comply with the 28 days delivery line, as written, or you'd have fair reason to complain to TGG's concierge email and claim your discount directly.

    Certainly seems faster than waiting 3 months to start a Paypal claim.

    Slow response…takes ages to get gift cards…finally sent egift cards but mine was used by someone in QLD and i am in NSW…they gave me another one but took ages for that to happen too
