Just what we need. Our health professionals using and touching shared scooters in the midst of a pandemic. Can't see anything wrong there…

Pretty sure they teach you how to wash your hands in med school mate.

      • Not everyone who works in health went to med school, mate.

It was only two weeks ago that I was desperately trying to convince a health care worker relative of mine not to take their overseas trip to Italy (where they had a Mediterranean cruise booked).

Ain't this the truth, my wife is friends with a Nurse who is planning a 'quarantine party' in like 2 weekends time.

Full price is ridiculous.. but free might be helpful.

    • In peak hour they're terrible value. You chew up half of your time waiting at lights since it's charged by the minute. But I guess with less people around now might be a good time to use them.

  • Make sure to wear a helmet, and a hazmat suit.

  • E-scooter is leagal to ride on public roads in SA?

    • +1

Only neuron and ride, currently on trial, are the only escooter legal in SA.

  • Is someone going to deep clean these scooters?

  • Only for public health. Unfortunately not private health.

Generally this is verified with you organisational email address, I work in a public hospital however not a role with a supplied email. Can confirm they honoured the offer for me when I contacted support.
