Not the cheapest historically but I think it's a decent price. This saves me from wanting to drink sugary drinks like juices. I tried one of them on its own the other day, it was pretty wild on the taste buds (note: it's not recommended way to consume it)

    hydralite for composition for effectiveness, seems you need more than sodium for rehydration to work, glucose, etc.
    these will be popular if people get fevers once the gov eases restrictions on people being out and about.

  nice though, been using for a couple weeks. cola is decent also - has 75mg caffeine per tab which is about the same as an energy drink can
