$70.11 to Melbourne seems a tad expensive, certainly not a "bargain".

I would probably folk out another $10 or $20 to get a genuine laptop power adaptor from my laptop company if I were gonna spend $70.

Otherwise I might just opt for this http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.8854 , $19.70 delivered, fits 19v laptops and is almost the same as your one.

  The one on DealExtreme? It does, given that its voltage rage is from 95V to 265V.
  
  I believe it comes in a three pin plug. (http://www.dealextreme.com/productimages/sku_8854_6.jpg) You may need an adaptor like this (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Universal-AC-Power-Plug-Travel-Adapte…). You can find an adaptor fairly easily.

The reason vendor and shops in ausi charges high and is, you dont want to risk your 1000+ $ laptop with unknown power adapters.

  You're right, but you should only pay this sort of price for a genuine laptop adaptor from your laptop manufacturer.
  
  I've never heard of "FSP" and I'd regard this adaptor as an "unknown power adaptor". And if you were getting an ""unknown power adaptor", why pay $70 when you can get one for $19.70.
