  Have google fixed their damn bluetooth bugs with this unit yet?

  Originally bluetooth worked fine. Then with firmware 'improvements' it broke.
  The last time I checked a month ago it was bluetooth disconnecting all the flaming time.

    We have been using a Google Home Mini hooked up to bluetooth speakers. Since about a week ago, it's disconnection galore. Previously it would stay connected for ages.

    As for a Google Home: if you enjoy boomy muddled base and an absence of treble, this is for you. Otherwise, get a Google Home Mini and some edifier Bluetooth speakers, or a JBL Link 300.

    My GH is really bad with bt. Drops connections constantly. Won't disconnect when you want it to.

  I got one of these as a gift from work last Christmas and haven't even opened it yet. Bought the mini from TGGs a couple of years ago and used it a few times. Paranoia scared me off trusting Google (yeah, I even turned off location on my phone and never keep my Google accounts logged in on my phone). I know it's almost futile to prevent all the companies tracking us all the time but have got to do what I can.

  It says that it is the Australian model, and doesn't mention any international adapter, but Kogan have previously sold overseas models.

  Can someone confirm this is the Australian stock, the same as what Google are selling for $139?

    From what I have seen to date, they would not advertise as AU model if it's grey import (would be false advertising etc).
