[VIC] Fancy Hanks Smoked Meats Brisket/Pulled Pork - $12.50 Per 250g (Pick-up from CBD Only)

Available for pick up from the restaurant between 2-6 pm Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu. Please make sure you leave your number in case anything changes. We’re working on setting up delivery for these as well, so keep an eye on our social media for more details.

We’re now selling brisket by weight for pickup from the restaurant. Smoked to perfection and then vac sealed.

$12.50 per 250g

This will keep in the freezer for 3 months and the fridge for 1 month.

Reheat instructions

If frozen, leave in the vac pack and fully defrost the brisket.

Fill a pot with water and bring up to a simmer.

Cook for the following times

250g - 15m
500g - 20m
750g - 25m
1kg - 30m

  • $50kg for pulled pork, I now remember why I smoke my own ….. $12 kg for pork scotch at coles, plus coal for the weber ….

    That's between 30 and 40 a kilo cooked any any decent bbq place you want to poke a stick at, cryovac and ready to take.

    Brisket maybe 40 to 60 a kg depending on source.

        Maybe its just a massive Melbourne premium then, as the two bbq places within driving distance to me both have prices in the range I mentioned, both with easily orderable/pickup cryovac stock

      Their brisket/pulled meat is $24 for 500g so $12.50 is about the right price from Fancy Hanks.

    Is this food ready to eat as in cooked or is it frozen?

    • It's smoked and ready to eat, vac sealed. Instructions are incase you freeze it for long term storage.

    • No probs, they now have take away hot food and delivery but only within 5km of the city
