Peter - hope you can help out some people but as this is OzBargain, I’m obliged to say:
NAB are offering $4k cash back if you refinance with them directly
ANZ are offering $4k cash back if you refinance with them directly
St George are offering $4k cash back if you refinance with them directly.

    • Thanks for your feedback, the NAB and ANZ offers are available through brokers as well as going direct. Additionally the St George offer ends tonight, it will likely be replaced tomorrow with a $2K cashback, similar to what CBA are presently offering.

      • As countmein has stated - is this on top of the existing arrangements for some banks? If so, you should add it to the title - great selling point! $500 wouldn’t even cover the switching costs I’d imagine.

Our offer is additional to any banks offers. Note, any bank offers are is paid directly to your bank account and not via your broker.

    • Lol
Maybe he meant to say this is on top of banks cashback

  • Wow pretty good offer, Ive just filled out the form keen to put $4500 into the bank haha!

  • I've just send an enquiry through on the website

    • Thanks, was good chatting with you.

  • Hi @PeterMortgageBroker - Some other brokers are doing 0.3% broker cashback. So on a $400K loan, it will be a $1200 broker cashback. Can you match or beat that offer? I have a $430K loan that I am looking to refinance.

    • Hi @paull11 thanks for the message. I can't compete with other brokers, I try to provide my customers with valued services but understand you need to do what is right for yourself during this difficult period.

If you need help through please feel free to reach out

  • Just shot an enquiry through with some info, keen to look into your offer.
