What does a six-month Qantas Club membership extension mean?
To provide peace of mind when it comes to your Qantas Club membership, Qantas will ensure that eligible paid Qantas Club members with a membership year anniversary date between 23 March 2020 and February 2024 will automatically receive a six-month extension on their Qantas Club membership.

Who is eligible for a complimentary six-month Qantas Club membership extension?
The extension will only be awarded to Qantas Club members with an active membership as at 23 March 2020, who purchased their Individual, Corporate, Partner, or Group membership or an Annual Guest Card, using a credit or debit card, or Qantas Points.

    Not sure about other lounges, but Perth domestic has been closed for the last couple weeks, likely not open for sometime yet (for those who still require to fly). Giving 6 months free considering they're probably closed for 6 months probably isn't much of a deal.
