    I watched that vacuum wars channel in YouTube a few times, but I have never seen this vacuum on it. Anyone know if this goes by a different brand name in the states? Also he talks about sealed vacuums and HEPA filtees, anyone know if this has those features?

      Batteries are failing on Dysons's too according to others. I have two Dysons and never had battery issues, however I might point out that we don't use them on max, and yes they are our daily drivers.
      The carpet motor head is what fails first imo.

        What's the average battery life and how easy to change the battery? Can I quickly remove and replace battery if I have a spare one or I have to use screw driver and open the machine to replace it?

        How much a spare battery cost? I have a big double story house so I am not sure a single charge will last to clean full house.

    been pretty disappointed with my dyson - I reckon i spend longer cleaning it than I get to spend vacuuming. Have two girls in the house with long hair and it just gets totally stuffed with hair - apparently you've gotta buy a hair attachment to make it work which is pretty dumb in my opinion, why even make a head that doesn't work with hair - that's close to 50% of the population with long hair. Plus on my wooden floors it cant vacuum up anything much larger than a grain of rice - it just flings it in various directions. If i spill rice i either have to dustpan it up or use an old black and decker dustbuster. And the worst part is the little rubber wheels that it rolls along the ground on - they get clogged with long hair and it is almost impossible to clear it - which means your vacuum doesn't slide along the floor nicely anymore. I dont understand how they win design awards when they don't pick up on the little things that make a vacuum actually pleasant to use?

    I'd love one that works on hair and can actually pick up stuff like rice, and that is designed without a whole lot of unnecessary holes that build up dust and hair that you need to regularly clean… how's this one for any of that stuff? :D

      My experience also with hair, except it picks up most nuggets on hard floors for me with the right head. Haven't tried rice.
