Are there chickens that can't be butterflied?

We all know caterpillars turn into eggs and its a 50/50 chance if they turn into chickens or butterflies.

Someone must've asked the question so they add that in now.

  • Say "Lamb Cutlets Variety Pack" but its NOT, better buy at Coles, UNLESS it contains Lamb cutlets only.

    • Seriously? Comparing a proper butcher to Coles… Fill your boots sunshine!

i recently started using our local butcher when this coronavirus stuff hit and you couldn't get anything at coles or woolies

but the butcher always looked like he had heaps of stock, so started buying a few things including mince

gotta say i'd never go back now, its 1000x better quality but it is slightly more expensive ( by about $2 per kilo for premium mince) but its worth it if you ask me and i refused for years to buy anything but woolworths mince

i hope the guy above gives it a go, its fresher and the quality is better and you get no preservatives ( means you have to use or freeze quickly though )

        • Yes it's interesting what we learn from a pandemic.

        • Meat from a supermarket is last resort. Sames as vegetables, or anything fresh for that matter. There is a cost to convenience.

@tromboc: Fresh fruit and veg aren't too bad at a supermarket, biggest issue is the higher price compared to the greengrocers. I'm assuming meat doesn't compare to butchers because it's less fresh due to being processed and packaged at a factory.

      • More chicken and beef than lamb in this deal ….. maybe call it the chicken and beef pack …..

  • "More chicken and beef than lamb in this deal", that was my point too.

Bought their eye fillet pack a couple of weeks ago - fantastic steak. Arrived in polystyrofoam insulated box with ice and ice packs in side. Will definitely order from these guys again
