Unless that's changed in the past 12 months, when I called for support last year I was on hold for two hours and spoke to someone in South Africa who made HP Support look good, which is something of an achivement.
Greedy Australian Company with absolutely terrible support and certainly doesn't give a crap about it's customers is more accurate.
Yup. Knew several people that worked there in Victoria. Was a very unhappy place.
That’s not true. I know a lot of people working there in VIC. They are always happy with their growth and support in the company. It looks like their work culture is the top level. I was told that they interact with lots of customers to listen to them and add more values to their products :)
Avoid at all cost. Thankfully, we have much better and cheaper alternatives now

I prefer CYOB = Cook your own books.
Any suggestions for a good basic invoicing program. I send my stuff to my account for BAS so really just need something for invoicing. Thanks
