    • First time I received an email notification from Amazon saying one of the items i'm watching is in stock and only noticed it because I was looking in gmail lol

How is $20/12Pack or $1.67/box cheap????? And NO cashback and it'll take about 2 weeks to be delivered.

Bugga off it's still $1/box at aldi

    • +2

Stop negging this stuff. These are different times and just finding stock is a bloody deal at the moment. You know when you see something on a good sale, you tell your family and they go 'oh damn that's good, get me one'. It's the same thing now when you find something in stock, because most family members who don't frequent ozb miss out far too often and just don't have necessary items like these tissues. I love seeing this stuff posted for this reason. Yes it's not on sale, and that isn't the norm here to post things not on sale… But what the heck is normal at the moment!?

    • Well it's 89c at the reject shop. 11% cheaper than ALDI.
      Your point?

Yes $1.67 for 110 tissues is expensive. But quite sure boxes were going on here for $2.50/95 pk.
Can we at least agree it's less ridiculous than this?

I’ve been to Aldi 4 time in 3 weeks, reach time they’ve had tissues.

My point is that $1.67/box isn’t cheap (last lot I got of these were $1/box + 12% cash back)). This is the normal price, it’s not a bargain. As such, it’s a neg from me.

        • Do you get a dose of covid19 with your aldi purchase?
The point is this is delivered, you don't need to go anywhere. No need to protect yourself from people that don't understand what 1.5m looks like.

There is value in not having to go somewhere to scout availability or to pick it up. And not everyone has access to an Aldi, Reject Shop or the other supermarkets without a substantial investment in time and transport. So it's a deal for some. Obviously not for you.

YMMV but the past few times I've been to the shops, they've had plenty of tissues available; dozens of cartons on the shelves. Seems like supply is starting to catch up.

  • +1

'Went to Woolworths yesterday. Plenty on the shelves (limit of 1) but no brand under $2.50, even 90 sheets one.

    • Can buy 2 at Coles today

      • Unless you buy hand wipes at the same time - apparently they consider them as tissues.

  • -7

These aren't even the cheapest available, how is this a bargain? It's $1.51/100 sheets, and Woolworths has them for $1.32/100 ($1.25 for a 95 packet).

    • You can't hoard from Woolworths though, these people are all hoarders. Hence your unpopular post.

    • dont be disgusting. use your old socks.

I have learned that you quickly run out of socks if you do that. Or you start wearing crusty socks.

    • So how is the premium service??

      • Pretty damn good. Especially in VR.

        • Careful of whiplash if you go PoV

          • @muwu: Which POV? His or hers?

I'm not a real fan of BJ scenes from her POV, it leaves a weird taste in my mouth.

  • Got one! For once I did not miss out!!!!

  • neg votes have been revoked.

  • Back in stock for those that are looking for it.
