sigh still haven't received my machine. Aus Post screwed the delivery and it has been sitting in their Dist Centre since 27th April…

I got mine yesterday.. Very easy to use and coffee is as good as Cafe quality using freshly roasted beans.

Does any of your machines make a pumping sound when using the steamer? Like the sound from 1 min 23 second in the below video.
Not sure if this is normal at all, didn't hear it watching other review videos.

over a month since the validation of claim, Breville is still claiming they are inundated with claims and the warehouse is struggling with fulfilment. Delays are understandable, but there is absolutely no indication of the estimated dispatch date…
Same here, my claim was validated on 7th May and the call centre told me to wait for the full 28 working days.
Nope still waiting. Validated on the 28th April and has already been 28 business days.
That's ridiculous… Did you ask them for a ETA?
Yes they said they were really busy and will ship it asap.
More delays - now they are saying it will be 2 weeks +.
