  • So they work with Google home or Xiaomi home?

  • Work with Alexa? Would love to be able to buy one at a time…

  • They sell them in a few different quantity options… you can buy 1. Just under $19

Was on special the other day.
    Also says compatible with alexa

  • For all the people asking here. Seller claims they work with Google assistant and alexa

  • +1

These are massive and block the next plug

    • Most of these smart plugs do.

      • I've owned a number of brands and only the TPLink plugs have blocked the 2nd adapter. Instead I've been using Genio plugs or Arlo smart power boards to avoid this

  • Anyone know how these play with Home Assistant?

    • To answer my own question (partially) there is a component for them but still a question of the firmware as seems the latest firmware may not work yet. Nobody tried these with HA?

They also seem to be using a Mediatek chip so flashing for local control isn't an option.

  • I bought these and posted a few months ago. They work well with Google Home. Only downside is you can't turn off automatically when it goes below a certain amount of watts.

    • Why would you want this feature? Genuine question.

      • Standby power, knows when a device is off. More useful than a timer I feel.

  • Ignoring form factor, these are my favourite and most useful WiFi plugs that I own (own 4 different types).
Has timer, auto off after certain time, power usage display.

  • I got 6 of these and they are great, downside is the plug too big and you will not be able to use the port next to it

  • On Amazon the manufacturer claims that they are SAA & RCM certified, but I can't find them in the SAA register. Does anyone have the exact model or approval number?

  • Kogan 4 for $59 with USB better deal
