He's not crazy, his mum had him tested.

          • @sk3iron: Should've had him tested once more.

Could be 0 dollars and I still wouldn’t care

seemed to care enough to post your thoughts

      (laughter track plays)

    • Yet, here you are.

      Trolls gonna troll

    • Just curious.. Never properly watched the series… but why is there such a love/hate audience to this?
I mean the $0 comment has 58 upvotes..
Did they ruin the later seasons or something?

  • +12

Don't like the show in the slightest but this seems like a really good deal for those who do enjoy it.

  • Works out to be $9.44 with Shopback.

  • +8

Bazinga!! XD XD XD XD XD

  • The Big Bang Theory Season 12 is available on Netflix Israel region.

    • Thanks! This is good to know!

  • -2

    Still too expensive… hehe

  • +4

Can I download after buying these? Will I be able to freely play the downloaded files somewhere else later? Sorry noob to MS Film & TV

  • I've noticed something really strange. Even I bought it, it let me watch only up to episode 178 and all others say purchase it for AU$3.49 each… could you please explain how to watch all 279 episodes

    • +6

Turn it off then turn it on again?
      Wait, wrong show.

      • +11

I wish that show had 279 episodes!

        • +1

Even with the few episodes it did have, still better overall than this Big Bang drivel

    • Use the Films and TV app, it should allow you to watch all episodes. Note that if you try to purchase the episode it will actually say you already own it.

  • Thank you op. I just bought it.
a stupid question. how can I watch them? what app I need?

  • +4

    Big bang deal!

    audience laughter

  • +4

Better ending than Game of Thrones.

    Serious.

    Zimbabwe

  • +2

Is there anyway easy way to watch this on Apple TV?

    • Nope. MS devices only.

  • +6

Its only 6 seasons of the show. The remaining is just laugh track.

  • At this price, it's a steal!

  • -1

Did the purchase but if you go check Order History, it shows as "The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Series, Season 1", which is troubling.

Can't verify until this evening, but it seems there is no (direct) way to request for refund for purchased movies/apps? Doesn't this go against ACL?

Can anyone comment on the purchase?

    • +1

      dont freak out..
go to the app to play the purchased item and you will see it has all 279 episodes that you can play.
Its poor naming, but it says Series 1 (not season 1) .. it is inconsistent and confusing though

  • Can you watch these from an android device (like Vodafone Tv)?
I cannot find any app in Google Play Store for Microsoft Movies.

    • +2

      Watchable only via:

Windows: Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 or later
Xbox: Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X
Mobile: Windows Phone 8, Windows Phone 8.1, Windows 10 or later

    • +1

Try: Movies Anywhere app. You need to sync your Microsoft account across it appears.

      Source: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/moviesanywhere

      • +1

Movies Anywhere does not sync any TV shows. Ultraviolet used to sync TV, but that's dead now.

An Australian MS account will not sync upstream to Movies Anywhere, just as an Australian Google account will not sync upstream. They will only get listings FROM Movies Anywhere that have been added to Movies Anywhere from a US source (Fandango Now, Vudu, a US Itunes account, etc).

  • Does anyone know when season 12 might be hitting netflix?

  • Normally $250? For a digital copy.

    C'mon….

    • -1

You were never paying for the dvd it came on.
Digital movies are still $30 when they come out.

      • +1

Yea, but digital copy can be either local copy or streaming (technically not a copy but digital rights). Wouldn't mind to pay if they guarantee unlimited offline access on any compatible devices. Oh, wait, they don't. It's streaming only.

Sure, nobody's paying for the actual physical media which probably costs $2 to make and distribute. But that physical media can be played anywhere, without internet. That's what people are paying for.

If I had to pay to get Coronavirus, say $60 - that would still be a better deal than this

  • -8

worst tv show ever. feel like i've just had a lobotomy after watching it for 2 minutes.

    • +2

Would not call it worst… It was very good and funny at the beginning and early seasons. it just felt like they dragged it more than they should (in the name of more money)

      • +1

Exactly, once they started to actually get girlfriends it lost its way.

    • +1

The Big Bang Theory: A show about smart people for dumb people.

  • Not working for me I completed the purchase cant access the show with windows 10 store on Xbox one it keeps telling me that I need to buy it again and when I press buy again it just takes me back to main screen

    • just wait a while. it will show up on your Films & TV app soon. Check that you received your purchase confirmation email

  • bazimblu

  • Teaches me to jump on a deal without reading the details. We don't have any Windows devices in the house apart from work laptops (which are locked down). I'll have to break out the old XBox 360 to watch this!

    • +1

Connect it to the Movies anywhere service and can stream on IOS, android etc.

      • Does it actually link TV shows? Anyone tried it?

        • Doesn't appear so.

        • Tried but nothing shows on my movies anywhere account even if it is linked.

  • Disclaimer: Yes, my username is from this show. No, I do not watch the show as I never found it funny.

  • For people who use a VPN all 12 seasons are available on Netflix in these countries:

    NordVPN:
    Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom

    ExpressVPN:
Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Netherlands, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom

    SurfShark:
    Netherlands, United Kingdom

    • Shows can leave Netflix at any time. So while you may be able to watch it today there is no guarantee tomorrow and even so it would more than likely end up on another paid service such as HBO Max.

      • Yeah that's true, which is why I personally still collect DVD's. I was just posting for those who wanted to watch it now without having to pay any extra money.

Also, I'm not sure how true this is but I heard that when you 'buy' digital movies and tv shows like in this deal you are actually just buying a license which can be revoked at any time.

        • Physical options are always the best when it comes to consumer rights.

  • +1

    Dude BEPZOOPY lmao

  • Isn’t this available on Netflix? I’ve been watching it on mine. Maybe I’m linked up to another location.

I personally like the show. Especially the earlier seasons. Can I take advantage of this without owning an Xbox?

    • As long as you have a microsoft account then a xbox is not required.

  • This was a good show once. Can't remember when I gave up on it… was years ago. If I ever wanted a taste of TBBT again, I'd stop at the end of Season 3.

  • +1

I’d rather drink Dettol and end it.

    • +1

      amen

  • Didn't even know MS had a Movie and TV shows. Anyone know if this is geo restricted or can we watch while traveling abroad (or better download the HD version of episodes)?
