Can this run the COVIDSafe app?

No, however when you whip out your banana, others will maintain their social distance

Unless they are into that… then it's $1000 fines all around.

I love my 8110… I just have no use for another phone :(. Didn't stop me buying one though (when they were released)…

I just wish they did the 7110 - I used to love my 7110, it was way cooler than the 8110 - it had the button so the slider shot down automatically, matrix style!

Nokia had the chance to sell the matrix phone but didn't. Missed opportunity in my book.

  • What's the OS on these?

    • +1

      According to gsm arena.

      OS KaiOS

    • Nokia 3.2 is Android One.

just a note to anyone considering the Nokia 2720 flip phone - the keypad is not backlit and has very small feint numbers - unlike the product pic - i had to return the one i bought for my mum cos the numbers were very hard to read - ie no good for seniors

    • ps also fingerprint magnet

My 8110 I got from JB the other week is trash AF. Double clicks on button presses all the time (if I hit 3 once for D it will pick E) on all the numbers, battery is absolutely shit too and barely makes it a couple days. Whole phone has straight up got stuck and needed to be rebooted a couple times as well. The 3310 re-release was really well done and I loved it, but this one is a missed opportunity. I'm gonna have to return it sometime soon but I want a replacement in case it's just this one is shonky rather than all of them (though I've seen plenty of similarly terrible reviews online) and JB is out of stock so idk what to do :'(

Anyway point being, I'd go for the 3310 if it was up to me. At least then you can actually play old school Java games and commit to the nostalgia more fully.

    • i get 5 days out of my 8110.
don't get the same button issue you have but the buttons do feel cheap and aren't the nicest feeling buttons ever.

  • Is the Nokia 3.2 dual sim?
