Ikea recently added a new vegetarian option on their breakfast menu next to the already popular $2 deal. For $1.75 you get eggs, 2 hash browns, a serving of baked beans and half a tomato. Cheap food at a cheap price!
Other deals include the feed the family for $10 deal. 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals for $10. See the ikea website for more details. I personally only go for the breakfasts.

They are definitely using the cheap breaky to attract customers to have a "tour" around the warehouse. At least with the (only) one in Rhodes Sydney, you can easily take a lift up to the restaurant but it's quite a long trip back down.
I would definitely go there more often if they haven't closed down the one in Supacenta.
There's one in Rhodes? I thought the only one in Sydney was the Homebush one! Might have to pay a visit sometime then :)
Ikea isn't that bad a place to browse is it, could kill some time there heh. Is this applicable for every day?

Food is served everyday - weekends are quite busy with lots of parents taking the little ones out for treat (like me). The "smaland" playcentre is also a great place to leave the kids for a couple of hours while you do some shopping.
For most you'll spend more in petrol than you save on the food, but hey its a bargain!
Exactly that's why I'll probably go there once a month instead of every couple of days :)
As cloudstrife23 said, the playground there is quite good. Actually the whole Ikea is like an amusement park (for my 4 y.o. anyway)…
What time does breakfast go till? And is their food acceptable or a slosh of crud? It seems hard to make money when the amount of food their providing is only $1.75…
