Good deal if you don't mind sharing your hot chips with the delivery guy.

    • Description states that the customer was "unsuspecting" . Au contraire, recording from his porch cam means he knew something was afoot (or the whole thing was staged, who knows?)

      • Pretty standard to look at your porch/doorbell monitor before opening the door.

    • You realize uber bags here are stapled shut right?

  • I bought some food the other night which came with a brochure requesting that customers use Doordash or get it delivered directly from the restaurant. It seems that menulog and Ubereats are charging the restaurants 30 percent of the total whereas Doordash have halved their takings to 15 percent. They are also allowing free delivery.

just put in an order. FYI the order (food) does not have to be $25. your order + the delivery price has to be $25 or over. so delivery is $6, your order only has to be $19 to use the code.

    • Spend $25 and get $25 of food
Spend $25 to get $19 of food??
Or are you saying $19 gets $19 of food

      • +1

im saying spend $19. and get free delivery.

    • How does one "save $5.95" if one orders $19 worth (or $19.05) and pays $5.95 for delivery?

      • +1

I got it, its spend $19 to get $19 of food delivered free

      • cos delivery is free. you'll get it. get the old abacus out

        • +2

Abacus is more complicated than I thought…. I'll use my casio watch calculator..

        • Rohlan supplied the information missing from your first comment- that he (and presumably you) paid just over $19 total. My definition of "order" and Menulog's definition are not the same. Indeed, Menulog seems to have two definitions of "order". When it says "No minimum order", it obviously means food only, because if delivery was included, there would a minimum - $5.95. For this promotion, "order" apparently means food + delivery.
