Good deal! Might grab another of these as a 'gap' month filler between Kogan and Catch.
If you're spending more than $10 a month for approx 20GB of data, you're paying too much.

Why not just alternate between Catch or Kogan 90 day plans? They work out to be cheaper per month.
Also TA just posted a Catch 30 day 40GB sim for free after cashback.

Another option is Belong $25 sim for $10.00.

im about to come off 12 months, and im going to do exactly this,

hopefully it will work and wont be a hassle

  • I grabbed one of these and ported over. Was surprised how smooth the port was to be honest. I could see it all being done online. Telstra network and the app is not bad. $30 for 30..happy customer

  • Easy to port over just find that my data chews up a lot quicker on woolies mobile than it does on Vodafone and Telstra

  • I went to a Woolies but the $30 SIM is sold out. I purchased a $10 SIM thinking that I can opt into the deal when I activate. Turns out that I can't. Lesson learned.

    • Looks like can get a max of 2 shipped with free delivery on the site

Do these Woolworths starter packs have expiry date?

    • I'm not sure I couldn't find the answer on their website either. I would like to know

They have in store in the past, but usually is well ahead and I have successfully activated after the expiry date on the pack - just ordering a couple online…. Will see.

    • Was told by customer service that its 12 months from purchase if you believe them

    • On sim card pack it says to activate within 180 days of purchase.

  • Ahhh, the days when these were $1 each. Sustained my mobile service costs for over 2 years

    • Can you explain how please? Can you top up an account with these?

      • +1

You either port in & out of cheap plans or just buy and activate without porting so you have a new number every time.

These are starter packs with a sim card, they aren't recharge vouchers.

        • Ok cheers

  • These are also $10 in store. Bought two today. Was no specials tag or anything on the shelf.

  • Has anyone received their sim yet? Ordered a couple last week for my wife and mum but haven't received a dispatch notice or any further communication since placing the order… phone number is just a useless automated message
