    Personal experience (I understand it may be different for everyone but it was so bad for my past 3 orders)

    Bad customer service before COVID-19.
    ZERO customer service after COVID-19.

    But their return policy is good at least. Took the items back(in a store) and got refunds no questions asked. Just don't expect email and live chat can fix things for you.

    • Really? my experience with online returns in store has been horrendous - from outright refusing, to insisting only a store credit, to eventually refunding onto the credit card used in a paypal transaction. It's put me off ever taking a gamble on size when buying from DJ

      • Yeah they will give you store credit if you used paypal. I think it's in there terms and condition. It happens with me as well.so did they transfer money to card or store credit. I did get store credit though

        • Yup! For Paypal it is store credit only which is stated in their T&Cs. So can't really fault them there.

    The site is slow as. Most items are out of stock by the time you open it or trying to add to cart.

    Some items have only very limited size left.

    Some items are only available by C&C which is not within 100KM from me.

    No deal here.

      Yeah negging due to extremely slow website. Discounts aren't good enough to endure it

    Be careful, I paid recently using paypal. Invoice was $90 but DaviJones charged me $140. Sent many emails but no response now heading to ombudsman…

    funny thing is I raised case in paypal, gave them image of invoice taken from DavidJones MyAccount.. After few days I am notified I lost the dispute with no explanation why..

    • I believe they employed Amazon's web designers. Unfortunately for David Jones, they're still working for Amazon.

  • their website aren’t so mobile friendly and Stock availability is Low , Hate when you choose something and proceed to check out then the surprise out of stock pops up . 🤦🏽‍♂️

    • last time I ordered a pair of boots and then added several other small items. got an email a couple of days later saying the boots weren't in stock but all the other items were coming.

    In the previous sale i bought 3 boxes of underwear, in all three boxes that were sent to me, ALL THREE had security ink tags on them. Made my way to chadstone DJ to get them removed and they were closed.. ended up having to drive to Bourke street. Just awful service.

    If DJ's can't provide a decent website in this day and age, it deserves its place in the retail doldrums. Plenty of alternative shopping sites out there.

  • Their website has always been crap, and now their phone service is crap too. Heard Amazon designed both. My experience with staff, however, has been good overall and great with some at my local in Tuggerah.

    However like the rest cannot add to cart, crashed.

      honestly, it lost me as an online DJs customer for good after trawling through the sale and then the whole click and collect nonsense 700kms away… surely not hard to put in the post.

    Avoid. Major issues with seller.
    Outside of a woefully delayed delivery they sent me a use shirt. One sleeve was rolled up and the shirt has a distinct body odour. They have been ignoring my emails and have not addressed the issue via online chat.
