    Wow…

  • certainly a good price for a desk riser. sadly, only comes in white at that price.

Hey avex87 I just added the link for the black one. It shows the same $109.99 as of posting this. :)

      • indeed it does. i somehow got linked to the duopro one instead. good first deal especially during a time such as this.

  • Looks good, but its not the desk. It probably sits on top of a desk.

Edit: Apologies - read the description more carefully and it says that in the description itself :-)

  • Looks good especially for the price but looks better suited for a desktop computer user. Laptop looks like it may not sit so well on the keyboard area and then the top section is redundant wasted space? Anyone with experience with these?

    • Yeah, this is designed for people that are using an external monitor & keyboard.

If you're just using a laptop by itself (no external monitor or keyboard) then this is probably overkill. You might be better off just buying a shelving unit of an appropriate height, and moving your laptop between your desk (sitting) and shelf (standing). Cheaper low tech solution.

Alternatively, you could use this riser, and just use the main surface (don't attach the keyboard section - assuming that it screws on). You'd probably want to place it more to the front of your desk.

      • Thanks yeah I think the low tech solution probably makes more sense. Thought about not attaching the keyboard section but probably just complicating something that doesn't need to be

        • Yeah, honestly I think a sit/stand desk is a waste of money for just a laptop (only makes sense if you are wanting to raise a whole desktop setup).

Even if you just get a sturdy crate or something, that you can take on/off your desk when you want to sit/stand, that would work just as well! (Or just move your laptop to a different piece of furniture like I mentioned above) :)

A friend of mine uses a DJ Hero controller table as his laptop standing desk! lol :)

    • you could still use this with a laptop ie. by using a docking station with a bigger external monitor

  • For me, the medium and large black ones are going for $110 and $120 but when I select white, only the medium white is $110. The large white one is $259?

Anyone finding the same? I want a large white.

    • Buy the black one and paint it white ;)

  • Bought this for my wfh setup. And returned it. Took up too much room on my desk and I have those large IKEA bekant desks.

I realised I like clean and minimal on my desk to focus on work

    • Buy the motorised legs for the Bekant desk. Works wonders for me!

    • Were you happy with the quality otherwise?

      • I only had it for a day before returning it. But quality seemed good. Lifting up and down was smooth.

        • Cheers, that backs up the reviews I found for very similar looking devices on Amazon.

  • Nice deal, OP! Too bad it's too big for my desk!

  • What was your ship date? I see it's now mid June.. either I pay less and wait until June or pay more and get it now from Officeworks. If you have yours already can you tell me the distance between the top of the keyboard tray and the top of the main platform (when raised to standing position).
