This makes no sense. Spend $400+ on a Mont Blanc and use a cheap no name cartridge inside. In fact people normally do it the other way around. Buy the Mont Blanc genuine ink and put it into a cheap $5 pen…
The actual ink from Montblanc themselves is really no different than in other rollerball pens you can get from Officeworks, etc. It's really the body of the Montblanc pen that is expensive, and of course MB charge a premium just for having a refill with their name on it. I've been in the pen industry for 10+ years and this is the standard feedback from customers. Hope this helps!
